College Students’ Daily Behavior Management On The Theory Of The Incentive Reserch With Qingdao University Of Science And Technology For Example

College students’ daily behavior management is an important part of the education in colleges which is very important to improve comprehensive quality and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of colleges. As an important way, college students’ daily behavior management can not be allowed to ignore. Therefore, college students’ daily behavior management based on incentive theory research has important theoretical and realistic significance.In order to make up for the deficiency of existing research results and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of management of college students daily behavior, this paper do some research on incentive management on college students’ daily behavior which is based on the theory of modern management. According to the analyzing the problems existing in the college students’ daily behavior management, this paper uses appropriate methods to the process of education management which uses the flexible management and education of human nature of incentive theory. After all, we can grasp the college students’ psychology, thought and behavior development; improve the effect of student management work; rich theoretical system for the management of education; broad the student management work of vision method; put forward suggestions on college students’ daily behavior management.In this paper, on the basis of existing research results, there are seven parts. Firstly, this paper introduces the selected topic background, purpose and analyzes the research’s domestic and abroad status; Secondly.it analyses the related basic theory;thirdly,it analyzes the subject setting of college students’ daily behavior management, the present situation and influence factors and the factors of affection; forthly,, this paper discusses the incentive theory which uses in the management of college students’ daily behavior, fifthly, it analyzes college students’ daily behavior and then to Qingdao university of science and technology management as a case; sixthly, based on the analysis of the above aspects, it gives suggestion on how to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of college students’ daily behavior management;finally, it analyzes the innovation of this study point, weakness, and the vision of the future.
