With the Implementation of the new curriculum, traditional chemical teaching faces new challenges. In Traditional chemistry classroom, there are still lots of problems, such as the deviation of course preparation from new curriculum claim, the deviation of class from new curriculum standards, and the lag of student s’ learning method. How to improve the effectiveness and orderly of classroom will be the same question on the most educators’ mind.Effective Education in Participatory Organizations(EEPO), which was explored in the teaching process, is a magic method to solve the problem of how to make effective education for each specific subject. EEPO is a three-in-one education method, which puts study method, class type and evaluation way into an organic whole. With the core concept of “Education should be effective, progress should be simplified”, EEPO combines oriental education’s advantage(informative) with western’s(personality, initiative and motility). As EEPO is well known in general education workers, so it is widely applied in the teaching progress of each subject. To evaluate education effects of EEPO on LuShan International Experimental School, many research methods are used in this paper, such as action research, questionnaires, interviews, and so on. Questionnaires about learning styles were prepared for high school students. We twice investigated our subjects’ learning style from four aspects: motivation and desire for chemistry study, autonomy, inquiry and collaboration. Meanwhile, effect of EEPO education was analyzed by comparing six monthly chemistry grades of experimental groups with that of control groups. Result shows that, EEPO education plays an import role in changing students’ learning style and teachers’ role in classroom, which enables classroom to be more orderly and efficient. This paper presents a training method for learning style. Demonstrated by original instructional design、teaching reflection and evaluation, we show some specific examples on how to carry out EEPO for macro/micro material and experiment teaching of Ninth Grade Chemistry. Hope our work can offer some inspiration and reference for following researchers.
