After starting the new English Curriculum, the research of effective English teaching is improving faster and faster,the result of research has better and better quality.During the promotion of" tast--based language teaching ",teachers can use topic to teach, most of teachers pay attention on training the students' using English synthetically. Some students can change their learning ways of receiving passively into " Independent, cooperation, discussion " learning.But now there are lots of Invalid and low efficiency English classes when we teach,for example:Getting ready for lessons don't fit the "Three Dimensional Goal ";Teaching don't face all the students ;Group work has no substantive contents; Hasn't build real English environment;The class activities are formalism;Class drills are unscientific;Teaching appraisal still aim at knowledge goal too much,the procedural appraisal has not brought to the enough attention.A lot of teachers think about these problem above,they find a good way to teach effectively,that is EEPO.EEPO is set up by Meng Zhaobin which is from Yunnan Normal University.lt includes learning way ,teaching way and appraisal way,it's operational and usable. It Carries on the innovation in traditional educational model foundation.It Conforms to the new class reform.It has five parts:teaching way,learning way,appraisal way, preparing lesson way and administration way.This study use methodology case law, literature law and interview law,to show real teaching design,teaching idea, teaching resonsideration, teaching fragment and interview record,get teachers to know the EEPO reform of the Nationality Middle School,to compare the teaching of using EEPO with not using EEPO,get the effective English teaching way.It give teachers some advice and prompter,and it has profound theory significance and practice significance.The school start to study EEPO since October in 2010, after studying,teachers use EEPO to teach,get great achievement. We English teachers also use EEPO and get good result too. Teachers say that,"we must use EEPO, Because it is effective.And it can speed up the new elementary education reform and improve the step of quality education。During using EEPO teachers study together, in order to find a way which suits our school,Try to speed up educational reform.we find that:English teachers should learn it carefully so that they can use EEPO Skillfully. We Must change invalid, low efficiency classroom instruction,therefore,we can improve our English teaching.
