The research of effective teaching began with teaching scientific movement in the western of last century, to explore the effectiveness of teaching has been the focus of public education. Scholars, at home and abroad, research on effective teaching is very rich, which from the initial concern teacher quality, teacher classroom behavior to explore today’s classroom practice, teaching resources, informationization teaching ability and so on. Although the aspect of the study is very extensive, but in extreme lack of the study of operability in classroom. In recent years, the effective teaching pioneered by Professor Meng Zhaobin, with a strong operational and practical in the classroom, which are highly valued by many experts. Although MS-EEPO has been affirmed by many educators, the current research on MS-EEPO is very small, as the short development time.This study focused on the general MS-EEPO classroom and the MS-EEPO classroom under the mobile environment, explored their layout of classroom, the teacher’s teaching style, teacher-student interaction, class participation of students, and the entire teaching process, in order to provide a reference for educators who make a research on MS-EEPO.The author used observation to observe and record two different type classrooms, including the layout of classroom, teaching process, and the performance of teachers and students; used the quantitative analysis tool of Fran Fernandez to analyze interactions for teachers and students; used the qualitative research software of NVIVO 10 to analyze students’ classroom participation; at last, focus on the effect of MS-EEPO classroom under the Mobile environment,making semi-structured interviews with students who took part in this class. With the observation, analysis and interviews of several aspects of the classroom, the author obtain the advantages and problems of MS-EEPO classroom under the Mobile environment.Firstly, the advantages of MS-EEPO classroom under the Mobile environment.In class, using whiteboard to alternative traditional whiteboard and using tablet computers to replace various sizes of paper which is to express presentation. It is convenient and simple to operate, and easy to rendering, while making the classroom neat and orderly, which is helpful for teachers to manage students. Teacher can have an influence on students indirectly. In the classroom teacher often use media resources to carry out teaching, and ask the students immediately, check students’ knowledge by problems that is to improve student learning effect and increase classroom interaction effect. The process of the whole teaching is stable, teacher can control the classroom powerful in class, so the teaching order is well. When presenting the task, the teacher asks students to use mind mapping to show, thus forming the form of brainstorming, developing students’ thinking, trainning students ability to explore.Secondly, the problems of MS-EEPO classroom under the Mobile environment.In the whole process of class, students is still relatively passive, who are in response to the teacher’s question, and don’t creat a new topic. The atmosphere of the teaching activities is not enough freedom, students is less active to express their ideas. In the other hand, the full course content which is resulting the time tightly in the classroom, teacher had to speak quickly, so that many students said that they could not keep up the rhythm of the teacher. About using tablet computers in the classroom, teachers have to control the classroom, otherwise there will be find that students do some learning-unrelated activities with the tablet computers.There is a important reference to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching with the results of this study, and this article provides some inspiration for researchers and practitioners of effective teaching.
