With the progressiveness of high school curriculum reform, class teaching reform gains more and more attention from the public. However, influenced by the pressure of college entrance examination and evaluation system, the teaching methods of many teachers in high school mathematics classrooms still stick to convention and are mainly the traditional explanation. Teachers'explanation and students' practice as well as sea tactical issues make students feel mental and physical exhaustion. The situation that teachers have hard work and students have heavy tasks does not conform to the pursuit of new curriculum standard. In a word, it is a universal phenomenon in high school mathematics classrooms that the teaching has high difficulty, speed and capacity and the teaching result has low efficiency and quality. As an important stage of strengthening compulsory education and providing talents for colleges and society, it is imperative for high school to take part in the effective education and teaching reform.Effective education in participatory organizations (EPPO) is a novel effective education method. It is more commonly used in the study and practice of the stage in primary school and junior middle school, but it is relatively less in the study on the stage of high school and the experimental school are also few. Through applying EPPO to make action research on high school mathematics teaching, the research results show the students'oral expression ability, practical operation ability and collaborative communication ability are great improved, which are in accordance with the requirement of new curriculum standard.The paper adopts action research method, documentary analysis, experimental method, etc. to study the application of EEPO in high school mathematics teaching. Based on analyzing EEPO concept, constructivism theory, system theory, etc. the paper takes the author's teaching class as the research object to conduct EEPO experiment, analyzes the experimental process and results as well as the achieved effect. Then the author makes reflection on the experiment so as to further perfect the implementation of EEPO, promote the change of the students'learning style and the implementation of cooperative learning and inquiry learning. In this way, the students'comprehensive ability can be enhanced by improving teaching quality and teaching effect.
