" The development of science and technology rely on talented person, academic masters are the important force for our academic research and they are the mainstay for the development and innovation of science and technology, and they are also the basic relying for us to be the powerful country of science and technology. Since the reform and opening up, the education of our agricultural academic masters developed fast, the enrollment is consistently expanded, the system of management is consistently being specification, until now we have brought up amount of talent person in agriculture filed, it makes contributions for China’s agricultural development. However, we have faced with some problems, such as lack of creation, only some of the graduates engaged agriculture filed, and some other problems in the process of our education. With the white and hot competitive situation in the world and the the situation of lack of ability for innovation in our country, the systematic research on the educational regulation of agriculture academic masters and the issues in educational creation of masters is vital to the reform of training the masters in our country, to the training of academic advanced talent person with strong research capabilities and well academic accomplishment. It has important theoretical value and practical significance.In this article, it uses the methods of many disciplines, along with the thinking of “the discuss in theory-the regulation of successful training-the analysis of currency-the useful methods in other countries-the recommendationâ€. Putting forward the recommendation for training of our agricultural academic masters step by step.In this article, it uses amount of literature, combines with questionnaires, set the seventy-four academicians in engineering agriculture as examples, to analysis and reveals the regulation of the training in agricultural academic talent person, it consists of the regulation in government guidance,the regulation in internal drive, the regulation in training, the regulation in practice and the regulation in exploding and creation. Then, this article sets Huazhong Agriculture University as an example, bases on the successful regulation of academic talent person, finds out that although it makes great success in the training of agriculture academic masters in Huazhong Agricultural University, it also remains some problems, such as the inadequate outcome with the support of government, the motivation of masters and doctors are diverse, the out of touch between the training of university and the training of academic ability, lack of school practical basis, the inadequate of ability in exploding and creating, and it analysis the deep-seated reasons from the government, society, university, and student itself. From the research on the training of American academic masters, this article finds that they have distinctive features in the training of goals, in the methods of enrollment, in the support of research, in multiple guidance, in courses and in evaluation.Learning the experience from other countries, we should establish the training concept of that the agriculture academic masters service society,strengthen the enrollment of masters in relevance and diversification, promote agricultural postgraduate funding diversification, give agricultural postgraduate multiple guidance, promote the agriculture masters developed their study diversify, change the evaluation.This article depends on theoretical discussion, on the basis of successful training regulation, with analysis of the training in our country, learning from foreign experience, believe that if our agricultural academic postgraduate want to innovate, it should rely on updating the training concept of agricultural academic masters, revising the goals of training, creating a well environment for academic talent person, deepening the reform of academic curriculum, strengthening the construction of tutors, completing the system of evaluation. |
