Research On Cultivation Of Practice Ability For Graduates Of Ideological And Political Education

In the current postgraduate training mode, the graduate students’ practice ability of ideological and political education can not meet the needs of society and causes severe employment situation. Meanwhile, we rarely find documents related to our research. Therefore, research on how to cultivate the practice ability of students of ideological and political education in the background of social structure transfer and environment of ideological and political education transfer is of significant theoretical and realistic value.In the second chapter, we discuss that practice ability of postgraduates of ideological and political education should consist of teaching ability, propaganda skills, interpersonal skills, analysis and decision-making ability, organization and management ability, innovation ability, then adopt Marx’s scientific concept of practice and theory of civil society as its theoretical base.The third chapter mainly discusses existing problems and causes of practice ability of postgraduates of ideological and political education. These problems are:no clear education objects; single cultivating mode; ignoring of practice ability cultivation; imperfect training system of practice ability. Their causes are:practice ability involves multilateral interests; cultivation of postgraduates can not meet the demand of society; individual differences among postgraduates; imperfect guarantee system of practice ability-training.The fourth chapter verifies the existing problems mentioned above through comprehensive research on cultivating programs for postgraduates and questionnaire survey of cultivating situation of practice ability of graduatesAt last, the research proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: establishing modern education ideas; accurate positioning of postgraduate training target; innovating postgraduates cultivating mode; establishing and developing a security system for practice ability cultivation. We also propose a reform on cultivating programs for postgraduates of ideological an political education.
