The Study Of Training Innovation Ability Of College Students In The Vision Of Ideological And Political Education

If China wants to achieve the goal of an innovative country by 2020, there must be a large number of innovative talents to support. As an important part of the innovative talent resources, our college students should develop their ability to innovate, which is of great significance. It is not only the need of promoting students' individual comprehensive development, but also the need of implementing quality education in colleges and universities. Even more, it is the need of implementing the "four comprehensive" development strategy. It is not only the need to building an innovative country, but also the need to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. As an important part of higher education in the process of Training Innovative Students, ideological and political education plays an important role in it, We should shoulder the provide personnel to enhance national capacity for independent innovation, intellectual support of a great responsibility. But it still exists many problems in promoting the training of innovation ability of college students. If these problems cannot be solved very well, it not only affects the effectiveness of Ideological and political education, but also seriously affects the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities, and ultimately, it will affect the national development. In order to play to the unique role of the ideological and political education in the cultivation of students' innovative ability fully, aiming at the existing problems in the cultivation of innovative capability of college students, ideological and political education in the cultivation of students' innovative ability, this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures to give us an answer, which promotes the cultivation of College Students' innovation ability through the ideological and political education. The article is divided into four parts: The first part defines the connotations of innovation, innovation ability and college students' innovation ability. Then it focuses on College Students' innovative ability, which is the need to promote the comprehensive development of college students and implement quality education in Colleges and universities. Also it is the need to promote the "four comprehensive" strategic layout. The second part discusses the important role of the ideological and political education in the cultivation of College Students' innovation ability. They are esurience, guidance and encouragement. The third part analyzes the problems of College Ideological and political education in the cultivation of College Students' innovation ability.
