China’s supply and demand imbalance is facing the unprecedented challenges.The misplacement of supply and demand in china has seriously constrained the sustainable development of China’s economy.In the popularization phaze of higher education.The employment of the master of physical education is also facing the imbalance between the structure of the supply and demand.With the continuous development of the national economy and increase of the colleges and universities,as well as the expand of the scale of the enrollment,the quality of higher educations supply is also deteriorate,The dismatch of personnel training quality and the social demand has become the main problem in supply and demand relation.The employmen of P.E postgraduate students is directly influence their future development.Therefore,to start with the educational supply side and improve the cultivating quality of P.E postgraduate students,as well as improve their employability is the significant way to cope with employment problems.This paper mainly use document-date method,resarch method,the interview method and mathematica statistics method to do research on the training situation of postgraduates of physical education in Yunnan colleges self-assessment of employment and the demand situation of the employing units from the perspective of the educational supplication,There are some problems through analysis: the goal of training is not targeted which does not meet the actual educational situation,and the training objectives are the same as the master of philosophy.;the key course and selective courses in profession area is not enough.,which can not meet the demand of students;the linkage between theory and practice is not enough,reflecting the fewer frontier and the depth and breadth is also not enough;the curriculum assessment and evaluation are simple,emphasizing the results of evaluation;the teaching practice lacks of the supervision of school and the guidance of supervisors;the direction and publicity of employment is not enough and the emplogment information is not targeted,;At the same time,there are many differences between the demand of employment units and professional skills and knowledge,the management and organization ability,innovation ability,the ability to cope with stress and personal responsibility.Finally,the author raised the cultivating strategies to the employability according to three aspects: the school aspect,thel employment aspectand the individual own aspect.Thus,as for the school aspect,we need to firmly compoud the cultivating goal,employment market,educational reality and the orientation of school.Besides,increase the core areas of professional courses and professional elective courses the proportion of 36-72 hours;And ensure the frontier of the lesscontent and the integration of the interdiscipline;Whats more,we need to stress the curriculum assessment evaluation system and procedural evaluation and make use of the Internet platform to improve the practice of guidance and regulatory mechanisms;Apart from that,employment guidance need to improve the employment platform information and enhance the propaganda force through putting up the posters and so on,Then increase the content pertinence and focus on the operability of practice.Personal perspective:to strengthen the systematic understanding of employment;to seek the development channels of personal employment thorough community activities;Employer perspective:to participate in class teaching and curriculum assessment to promote effective connection between employment units and students.
