How the vocational education to rise its teaching quality? The public increasingly gave serious attention for this topic along with the rapid development of higher vocational education.Professional training, as one of the key links in higher vocational teaching practice, will bring direct influence into achievements of good command of vocational education quality and talents training goals in vocational and technology institutes. This paper, under the process of cause-analysis and be based on experiential learning theory, is studying around with all problems coming across in professional training, will give a systematic reconstruction for training teaching designing.This paper carries on with literature review, survey research and so on. Literature review is used on collecting and systemizing relevant researches results in the fields of philosophy, epistemology, psychology and education. By using survey research and classroom observation, the current situation of higher vocational professional training will be revealed. Furthermore, after defining the related concepts of professional training, this paper, on the view point of experimental learning and other relating teaching methods, makes it clear the value-orientation and precise-orientation the professional training expresses to, and finally pinpoints spot for its designing research. According to instructional design theory, the method of professional training will be reconstructed from four aspects:teaching aims, educational content, learning and teaching arrangement and instructional evaluation. Every research aspect begins with professional training status quo as logic starting point. In the course of cause analysis under relevant theories, targeted theory building will be bring forth. Finally, there will be comprehensive achievements in design, they include designing of grading holistic professional training goals system, designing of subjectivities curriculum development model, designing of divergence professional training system, designing of training teaching course based on the experiential learning cycle, designing of new pattern of training curriculum assessment and so forth. This paper is of some significance for betterment of the theory system in professional training course designing and supervising in higher vocational professional training practice. Main innovation of this paper listed as follows:Begins with status quo as logical starting point--striving for new point in theory-building; Goes through the paper in a new way--embedding experiential learning theory into professional training value-orientation, plus building training course systematically; in the process of system-building, strives for its fittingness in the meantime--giving directions on application met as soon as possible.
