Analysis And Evaluation Of The National Teams In Training Teachers For Vocational Education In Yunnan

Educational plan,teacher-centered,teacher's plan,trainer-centered.With the rapid change of society,the importance of vocational education is becoming more and more important.And more attentions are now focusing on the training of vocational teachers.Therefore,it is important to establish a national-level team of high level vocational teachers training.After years of practice,the initial framework of teachers' training in the National Vocational Teachers Training Team of Yunnan Province has been formed,but its training effectiveness is not obviously enough.There are still many problems to be solved urgently.The research subjects in this paper,which are the existing three national vocational education teacher Training teams,are Yunnan University vocational and continuing educational College Vocational Teachers Training Team,Yunnan Tourism Vocational College Vocational Teachers Training team,Kunming Metallurgical College Vocational Education Teacher Training team.From two aspects of training team and trainees,the research uses the literature review and irnvestigation method to investigate the problems.With the comprehensive analysis of the training team of the national-level vocational education teacher in Yunnan Province,it shows that the construction of these three national Vocational Teachers Training Teams provides experience and guidance for the construction of vocational education teachers training teams in Yunnan and other areas.In addition,it also enhances the self-confidence of the development of regional vocational education teacher training.However,the current national-level vocational education teachers training team in Yunnan Province still has a lack of scientific structure.The construction needs to be improved.The training team members are few and limited.What's more,the training team is not standardized,and the management needs to be strengthened.Professional training team is not strong enough.The quality needs to be promoted.The author would like to build a team with the complement of management and teachers,all kinds of subjects complete,high level quality,reasonable constitute,satisfying the needs of vocational teachers' training,and suitable for the development of Yunnan Province by combining the actual situation and team-building theory of the national vocational education teacher training team in Yunnan province.And the establishment should be based on three aspects of team construction,cultural construction,system construction.Finally,the constructional approach of Yunnan province-level vocational education teacher training team should be investigated from five levels of government,school,enterprise and society.And it will promote national-level vocational training team building and realize the rapid development of vocational education in Yunnan province.
