Nowadays,the information economy era is changing rapidly.Talents are the core competitiveness of universities to achieve rapid development,and are the key factors to ensure their market competitiveness.The management link of young teachers is the key to the development of universities.The performance of college teachers is a direct reflection of the effect of talent management.The realization of organizational strategy and goals in universities needs to improve teacher performance,while the performance of young teachers in colleges and universities is not only related to the value orientation of young teachers,but also related to job satisfaction and superior leadership style.This paper takes the young teachers of colleges and universities as the research object,and studies the characteristics and working status of young teachers in colleges and universities in China,and studies the influence mechanism of different job value orientations on job performance.Through theoretical summary,job satisfaction is selected as a mediator,leadership style as an adjustment variable,and the empirical test is carried out using SPSS21.0.As the job satisfaction and job performance of colleges and universities in China need to be improved,finding the relationship between job value orientation,job satisfaction,leadership style and job performance can find practical solutions for improving work performance.By conducting empirical research,this paper draws the following conclusions: the job orientation has a negative impact on job satisfaction and relationship performance;career orientation is positively related to job satisfaction,job performance,relationship performance and task performance;calling orientation are positively correlated to job satisfaction,job performance,relationship performance and task performance,and the positive impact on different variables is greater than career orientation;job satisfaction is positively related to job performance,relationship performance and task performance;job satisfaction plays a mediating role between job value orientation and job performance in all dimensions;transactional leadership style plays a negative role in the relationship between calling orientation and job performance;transformational leadership style plays a positive role in the relationship between job orientation and job performance.Young teachers are the main force of colleges and universities,this group has its own distinctive characteristics.Studying the influence mechanism of different job value orientations on job performance has important practical and theoretical significance for the improvement of colleges and universities.Finally,based on the above empirical conclusions,it provides management suggestions for the improvement of the work performance of young teachers in colleges and universities,improves job satisfaction,promotes the transformation from the job orientation to career orientation to the calling orientation,and builds a university culture that promotes the formation of teachers' calling orientation.Implement differentiated management,optimize the recruitment process and training content,and thus improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.
