Public awareness of responsibility is one of the basic requirements of present and future society of talent. Public awareness of the responsibility of students means students in public life have some knowledge on the basis of the attitude held by some in public life, emotional and behavioral choices. Training students a sense of responsibility for public help to develop their own health to help implement the national talent strategy, helping to build a socialist harmonious society. The author believes that the students during an important period for the formation of values, students were cultured for public accountability awareness is imperative. Fostering public awareness of responsibility students mainly by social environment, family education environment, the combined effects of school environments. Cultivate a sense of responsibility in the public schools of this paper focuses on the common organization of the students.This paper consists of five parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance and research methods of this subject, and related concepts have defined. The second part is a part of the problem, the authors take a lot of literature analysis, and the results of the survey report and findings of different scholars and authors of several towns and urban areas of the city where the school conducted a sample survey of the combine by vertical and horizontal comparative analysis objectively describes the current primary and secondary school students in the status quo of their public responsibility awareness training, the study found that the current students to cultivate public awareness of responsibility made some progress, but there are still many shortcomings.
