As the further development of industrialization and networking,people have more and more frequency and familiarization on communication,while the scope of public space for people's communication activities is being continuously expanded.As a result,people pay more attention to the public consciousness and spirit which are required in the public domain.Whether or not to have the public responsibility consciousness has become one of the important indicators to evaluate the civic literacy.However the cultivation of civic public responsibility consciousness cannot be achieved in a short time.At present,the cultivation of public responsibility consciousness among high school students has become the important research subject in the development of high school moral education innovation.Based on the current situation,a large quantity of high schools put much more emphasis on students' scores than moral education under the direction of China's current college entrance examination system.A considerable number of students lack the civic consciousness and live in their egocentric world.Therefore,whether from the students' personal development or national development,it is of great significance to cultivate high school students' consciousness of public responsibility.This thesis is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it elaborates the origin of the topic under the background of deepening globalization;secondly,it illustrates the significance under the guidance of the theories of public responsibility consciousness as well as the cultivation and enhancement of seniors' civic literacy;thirdly,it summarizes the study on public responsibility consciousness at home and abroad;at last,it points out the choices of study methods and the innovations on objects of study and cultivating strategies.The second part is to summarize the public responsibility consciousness of high school students.This chapter begins with the definition of the related public responsibility consciousness and then introduces the contents of public responsibility consciousness of high school students from the following five aspects: patriotic consciousness,collectivism,public participation consciousness,awareness of hotsocial issues and awareness of pubic rules.Then,it points out the necessity to cultivate public responsibility of high school students from the aspect of the construction of harmonious society and quality education.Finally this thesis is written on the base of the following theories including humanism,all-round development theory and social roles.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the causes of high school student public consciousness.The content of this chapter is based on the statistics which is originated from the investigation of public consciousness of high school students who are form Grade one of the two local high schools.This investigation involved 4 classes chosen randomly per school,including 408 students,10 students for interview.In the end,this author will analyze the reasons from economic development,family education,school education as well as high school students.The fourth part is to propose strategy to cultivate public responsibility consciousness of high school students.This chapter centers around the following three aspects: the transformation of school education concept,the influence of family education and the improvement of high school students' self accomplishment.Since schools play the main role in cultivating students' public responsibility consciousness,many operable strategies are put forward for education reform of high schools.The fifth part is conclusion,to mainly conclude my gains,limitations of this thesis writing and striving directions in the future.
