A Performance Research Based On The Red Resources Utilization In Cadres Education And Training

Red resources, a special quality resources for cadres education and training, is an important starting point to strengthen the Party spirit, the discipline and the conduct of the cadres, it is also an effective carrier for the history education of the Party and country. The research, mining, integration and utilization of the red resources is not only the historical missions of enriching the revolutionary traditions and passing them on to the next generation, but also the practical needs of the Party members and cadres team construction. It has great and far-reaching strategic significance in forging and training a team needed by the people and the Party and achieving the “Four Comprehensives”. The central and local party organizations at all levels have attached great importance to the red resources of cadre education and training. Significant results have been achieved through the physical truth, practical examples, and other forms of real show which reveal the history and reality value of red resources. The research on how to scientifically and effectively assess the performance of red resource utilization, to further improve the quality and efficiency of cadre education and training is incomplete, not systematic, not deep. On the basis of the Kirkpatrick’s four evaluation model theory of performance evaluation tools such as analytic hierarchy process, this paper intends to build a red resource utilization performance evaluation system and put forward some countermeasures to improve the utilization performance of red resources through an empirical analysis using Dabieshan cadres institute as a case, The research results will provide certain reference for future academic research and help promote training quality and training level in the field of cadres education and education.
