| The cadre management system is an important part of modern class management and system construction.The cadre system has always played an important role in China's current education system.The traditional teaching management philosophy holds that the cadre of the class is a supportive staff for the teacher to carry out class management and daily affairs work,but the actual educational management practice proves that the class cadres have a more positive significance in class management and student training.Affected by traditional teaching management concepts and the development of teaching work,the current selection and training mechanism of class cadres is weak in China's domestic campus management teaching.Especially in the compulsory education stage,the selection and training of class cadres has not received effective attention and attention.Therefore,compared with the continuous deepening of the compulsory education system reform in China,the issue of the selection and training of middle school cadres is undoubtedly an area where the reform is relatively lagging behind.The article takes the selection and training of middle school cadres as the main content of the study,and uses the questionnaire survey and the research methods of participation observation to study and think about the selection and training of current middle school cadres.Through the development of relevant research work,it is found that the following problems exist in the selection and training mechanism of middle school cadres:(1)The selection and training mechanism of middle school cadres needs further improvement,and there is a certain degree in the selection process of class cadres.There is a lack of fairness.(2)Teachers have shortcomings in the selection and training of class cadres,which in turn makes it difficult to improve the selection and training of class cadres.(3)The lack of procedural attention and management in the selection and training of middle school cadres is difficult to form a stable and long-term system for the selection and training of class cadres.(4)There is a certain disconnect between the work content of the selection and training of middle school cadres and the actual needs of the students.The specific performance is that the lack of specificity can not meet the practical needs of students' learning and growth.Combined with the existing research results at home and abroad,the research results have mainly formed the following research conclusions and recommendations:(1)The current middle school cadre system is generally established,but further enrichment and development are needed.Reasonably construct the index dimension of the selection and training of middle school cadres and improve their fairness and fairness.(2)The selection and training of middle school cadres needs to receive the common attention from the school to the teachers to the parents.Only the three parties can actively cooperate to create a conditional basis for the students to participate in the selection and training of the cadres.(3)The selection and training of middle school cadres need to be dynamically concerned and managed,and the selection and training activities of middle school cadres should be viewed from a development perspective to build a platform for students to participate effectively in the selection and training of class cadres.(4)Effective communication and cooperation between school and family information can help to understand the practical needs of students in the selection and training of class cadres in campus learning and life,and also to play the role of class cadre system in the ability training and training of middle school students. |
