Interactive Teaching Research In The Training Of Party And Government Cadres In My Country

Entering the new century,there are profound changes in the world situation,national condition,party condition and cadre situation,which raise new challenges and requirement for the governing power of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the development of party cadres.Leading cadres of the party and government,shouldering the significant,historical mission and the social responsibility,need constant training and learning to improve abilities of responding to the complicated and changeable situation both in China and abroad.Thus,we should focus on the new situation,new tasks and new requirements of cadre training since 18th CPC National congress,and obey the law of cadre training and meanwhile hold true with its features.What's more,in order to update to the new tendencies of modern cadre training,it is necessary to make innovation in models of cadres training,and strengthen the pertinence and actual effect of the education and training of the party and government cadres.Developing more distinctive cadre training modes is a key part to effectively improve efficiency and quality of cadres training.It is the requirement of the education and training of the cadres in the new period that development of ability and training of diathesis should run through all the process of the cadres training all the time.In the meantime,our country cadre teams become better-educated,professional,and younger in ages,and have more diverse channels of information.Thus,simple traditional teaching method may not be there to meet cadres training demand.To reply the conflict between the improvement of cadres' qualities and abilities and insufficient of traditional cadre teaching method,we need reform methods of teaching under the guidance of the teaching theories to improve efficiency and quality of cadres training.The creation of interactive teaching method is a proactive response to such demands.Modern training concept emphasizes mining trainees' own advantageous resources,and highlight trainees' subjectivity and participation in training activities.Interactive teaching method is exactly an effective approach of utilizing above concepts.Meanwhile,as a special group,interactive teaching method fits in with the learning characteristics of leading cadres of the party and government.Interactive teaching methods obey the law of cadre training,which are feasible and appropriate in the cadres training,and also effective innovation methods of cadres training.Interactive teaching method,which is applied in training of the party and government cadres,aims at improving student learning enthusiasm and initiative through question-inquiry teaching,scenario simulation,role play,simulated negotiation,management game,interactive seminar and so on.Such interactive activities can take many forms,like doing the actions while teaching and training and teaching at the same time.In this way,group consciousness,cooperation ability,synthetical quality and ability of students can be improved.This study focuses on the main training content of the training of the party and government cadres--party spirit education,ability training,and puts forward four kinds of interactive teaching forms:the scene teaching,the classic model of experiential teaching,case teaching and structured discussion.This research uses the methods of literature research,case analysis,investigation,interview and observation experience method and other research methods.We combine and analyze related literature at home and abroad,and investigate domestic representative training of the party and government cadres at colleges and universities in China.This study makes a systematic and in-depth analysis of the concept of interactive teaching and practice through the process of investigation,theory research and specific cases.This study has the following main content:First,this study introduces the research background,Significance of research papers,related literature review,theoretical basis and research scheme design,and so on.Besides,this research makes the detailed concept explanations of the party and government cadres,cadres training,interactive teaching.To be specific,I define the interactive teaching method of cadres training of the party and government,and further establish some key problems in this paper.Second,this paper discusses the present situation of our party and government cadres training,including the status and roles of cadre training,the characteristics and regularity of cadres training in the new circumstances,the main task and content of the party and government cadres training in the next period and the development process of Chinese cadres training.Third,some striking problems exist in the cadres training work.For example,inflexible teaching methods and old means don't adapt to the new requirements of cadres training.Traditional way of teaching is difficult to effectively answer the problems the party and government cadres in various living problem encountered in the actual work,and is more difficult to meet the urgent needs of the cadres to constantly improve the ability and quality.Training methods need to innovate,and interactive teaching is created in this context.In addition,interactive teaching method has some characteristics of teaching methods,such as case teaching,experiential teaching,and simulation teaching and so on.Thus,using interactive teaching in the party and government cadres training,is feasible and proper,and is also an effective innovation way of cadres training.Fourth,parsing the interactive teaching cases of the party and government cadres training is the main part of this study.This part examples several typical interactive teaching classrooms and demonstrates its training process and key link.This section focuses on the main training content of the training of the party and government cadres--party spirit education,ability training,and puts forward four kinds of interactive teaching forms:the scene teaching,the classic model of experiential teaching,case teaching and structured discussion.I further investigate the application of each training type in this part.These cases are selected in national pretty distinctive colleges and universities for the research on cadres training.Fifth,starting from the cadres training interactive teaching cases of party and government,I analyze the general questions and common characteristics in interactive teaching of cadres training,such as the basic strategy,relationship between teachers and students,organization form,support system and the way of evaluation.Finally,I summarize this research content.I consider that interactive teaching method is an effective innovation way in cadres training,and corresponds to the laws of cadres training,the laws of party and government cadres' growth,and the learning characteristics of the party and government cadres.Through the display of the case and analysis,this research aims to summarize the effective shape of interactive teaching methods of cadres training of party and government,and do systematic theory summary for the innovation theory research of cadres training teaching method.What's more,this study provides some cases or styles for interactive teaching in cadres training and adult education field.
