In this paper, by using the method of experiment, the five famous health scholar Professor Hu Xiaofei creation of Tai Chi Quan as the practice, through to the northern boundary of imagination Software Co. Ltd.32 white-collar workers practice related indicators of body shape, physical function, physical quality and psychological aspects of the test before and after 16 weeks compared with five for Tai Chi, qigong culture the connotation, theoretical basis and characteristics were analyzed, the results showed that:five for Tai Chi Qigong can improve the test level of vital capacity and white collar, shoulder, hip joint flexibility and balance ability, but also can effectively improve the white-collar obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression and other factors, so as to effectively prevent and improve the common white-collar workers Office of symptoms, strong fitness center, improve the work efficiency and the quality of life. Finally, suggestions for research:the relevant departments to vigorously promote the five row of Tai Chi Quan, strengthening of the five rows of Tai Chi Quan, pay more attention to explore the curative effect of five rows of Tai Chi Quan cultural connotation in the white-collar class, to improve people’s health at the same time, the culture play a huge potential, to promote Chinese culture service.
