| Research purpose: This study conducted a 12-week resistance training exercise prescription intervention for white-collar workers in Changchun City.By comparing the body composition,physical fitness(strength fitness,functional fitness),cardiopulmonary function,and mental health status(SCL-90)before and after the experiment)And other indicators to evaluate the impact of resistance training on the physical and mental health of urban white-collar workers.Research method: choose lawyers in two chain fitness clubs in Changchun,IT workers,bank employees,state-owned enterprise employees and other white-collar people as experimental subjects,through 12 weeks,twice a week,60 minutes of resistance training each time Exercise prescription intervention,through body composition indicators(BMI,lean body mass,body fat rate,WHR),cardiopulmonary function indicators(heart rate,blood pressure,vital capacity,maximum oxygen uptake),physical fitness indicators(squat strength,bench press strength,longitudinal strength)Jumping,sitting forward bending,standing on one foot with closed eyes,selective reaction time,push-ups),mental health index(SCL-90 scale)evaluation of the impact on the physical and mental health of white-collar workers.Research results: 1)The 12-week resistance training exercise prescription was implemented.The white-collar workers in Changchun City had a very significant increase in skeletal muscle content(P<0.01),and a decrease in body fat rate of 4.37%.The decrease was very significant(P <0.01),the waist-to-hip ratio also decreased significantly(P<0.05);2)Through the implementation of the 12-week resistance training exercise prescription,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the white-collar workers in Changchun City were significantly reduced compared to before the experiment Trend(P < 0.05),the vital capacity index is also significant compared with before the experiment(P<0.05);3)Through the implementation of the 12-week resistance training exercise prescription,the white-collar workers in Changchun City squat maximum strength,bench press The maximum strength increased significantly(P<0.01),and the vertical jump performance and push-up performance were significantly improved(P<0.01);4)The white-collar workers in Changchun City were affected by somatization factors,obsessive-compulsive disorder factors,interpersonal sensitivity factors,The depression factor and anxiety factor are significantly different from the norm(p<0.05).Through the implementation of the12-week resistance training exercise prescription,the somatization factor and the anxiety factor significantly dropped below the norm.Obsessive-compulsive disorder factors,interpersonal relationship sensitivity factors and depression factors have also been greatly reduced.Research conclusion: 12 weeks of resistance training can effectively reduce the fat percentage of white-collar workers in Changchun City,increase skeletal muscle content and improve body shape,improve the muscle strength of the subjects,reduce arterial blood pressure and increase vital capacity,and at the same time,it is for mental health.The indicators have also been greatly improved. |
