Objective: To study the related research shows that China's public health level showed a downward trend,especially in the enterprise of the white-collar workers,due to keep working at his desk state still long,lack of physical exercise,which caused by shoulder and neck and waist,back,limbs stiff straight pain and other symptoms more obvious.Resistance training can effectively improve the body shape of the human body,improve its physical ability,slow down the shoulder,neck,waist,back,limbs and other parts of muscle stiffness and other discomfort.In this study,through the resistance training to the white-collar group intervention research,to explore the effective means to promote their physical and mental health development.Research methods: a total of 80 men(40 males,40 females)were selected from the XX Bureau of Yangpu District in Shanghai.The intervention period was 12 weeks(2times / week,60min/ times).The test shape index(height,weight,body mass index,waist to hip ratio);functional index(skeletal muscle,body fat rate,basal metabolism);Blood Routine Indexes(blood glucose,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein HDL-C and low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C and triglyceride)and mood state scale survey POMS.SPSS18 software was used to analyze the results by paired sample T test and independent sample T test.The results of the study:(1)body composition aspects: in 12 weeks of resistance training,body mass index(bmi)experimental group reduced from 25.26±4.51 to 24.96±4.52,P < 0.01,there is a very significant difference,skeletal muscle from 28.18±6.31 to 29.35±6.11,P <0.01 has a very significant difference,the body fat rate fell to 25.71±5.85 from 27.98±6.18,P < 0.01 has a very significant difference,waist-to-hip ratio by experiment before 0.90±0.06 to 0.88±0.58,P < 0.01 has a very significant difference,basal metabolism by 1463±221 rose to 1483±225,P < 0.01 has a very significant difference;(2)blood indicators: after 12 weeks of resistance training,the experimental group blood sugar from 4.77±0.66 to 4.94±0.63,cholesterol from 2.08±1.97 to 2.02±1.76,triglycerides from 2.07±1.97 to 2.03±1.65,are no differences in change,and high density lipoprotein HDL-C increased from the original 1.23±0.27 to 1.39±0.25,P < 0.01 has a very significant difference,low density lipoprotein LDL-C from 2.99±0.64 down to 2.49±0.69,P < 0.01 has a very significant difference;(3)the state of mind: in a 12-week resistance training exercise prescription intervention practice,the experimental group of TMD value scores fell from 137.75±10.36 to 129.70±11.25,P < 0.01,there is a very significant difference,in which negative emotions such as anger from 12.10±2.98 dropped to 10.19±3.01,depression dropped from 12.10±2.78 to 10.58±3.01,panicked by the 9.92±2.11 drop to 8.62±2.66,P values are less than 0.05,have significant difference,in the "tension" and "fatigue" fell on two kinds of negative emotions,but are not obvious in the aspect of positive emotions have increased,but not obvious,such as energy increased from 10.45±3.20 to 11.32±2.73,self-esteem by 8.27±3,27 to 9.45±2.60,The conclusions are as follows:(1)resistance training can promote the improvement of body index of 20-39 year old white-collar.(2)resistance training can promote the improvement of the blood index of white collar in the 20-39 age stage.(3)resistance training can promote the improvement of the negative emotion of "anger","melancholy" and "panic" in the white collar of the 20-39 age stage.
