| Following the comprehensive process of new-round course reform, there is a change in status for the teaching material in classroom teaching. It has changed fromâ€Bible†major status to the material of serving for classroom. On the one hand, the writing of teaching material changed from presenting the knowledge purely to showing the knowledge development process; on the other hand, the teaching material make column design through “thinkingâ€ã€â€œexploring†ã€â€œthinking a little bitâ€ã€â€œacting a little bit†to encourage the students to be involved in the knowledge discovering process, in order to develop the students’ exploring mind. Even so, the teaching material is not universal toll, facing the students who have difference in perceive level, family background and learning habit, in the premise of students’ discovery learning, there should be one teacher to make one more step processing for teaching material in daily teaching according to their own teaching group. for the students, the rational number is the first expansion for the number collection, make research for the new collection must need to study the element operation, so “rational addition†is the basic and important course in the operation of rational number group, it requires to achieveâ€master†level according to course standard.In view of this, this text will set “rational addition teaching material research base discovery learning†as research topic.
