With the development of information technology and open course ware, online video lecture as the core resources of the network open courses has become the new channel of mobile Internet era for learners to acquire knowledge, using the video mediapromote the education resource sharing, it is the modern open education concept in the era of digital map reading as an important form of expression, in addition with fresh impetus for building the lifelong learning society.The author adopts literature analysis and case study as the main research method, through watching a lot of network video lecture resources, then analyze and summarize the characteristics of the network video lessons and its problems. Comparing MOOC learner centered video curriculum resources development idea, China’s online video lecture is still in face-to-face teaching video lecture level, it still lack of elaborate video lecture design and lack of technique of expression and design thinking of video lecture development, etc. In my perspective, the main reason is the lack of a relative system of network video to follow process of curriculum development and technical guidance. At the respect of the video lecture’s existence of its problem, this paper puts forward the design principle of network video lecture and the establishment process and key points of technology and theoretical basis, which is to guide the provincial high-quality goods resource sharing class of Modern Education Technology Application, in order to serve the network video lecture design and development work.This paper mainly includes three parts, the first part analyzes the construction situation and the problem of video lecture under the background of mooc, and has established the research purpose, then illustrate main ideas and methods. The second part includes two chapters expounds the design and development of network video lecture as well as their guidance and inspiration, put forward the principle of the design of the network video lectures, and the development of network video curriculum teaching design, preliminary design phase, the revision of design and shooting with the design of the major links and technical key points on the detailed elaboration, for the current video curriculum resources development and the problem solving and continuous development provides a theoretical guidance. The third part with resource sharing course Modern Education Technology Application case of network video course of development, on the basis of preliminary design and development theory, this paper expounds the development of a network video course overall process, avoid the appearance of the existing problem in this case. It illustrates conclusions of this research, the innovation points and shortcomings of the induction and the summary for further study, etc.Under the background of mooc, this thesis explors through teachers from traditional classroom into the network education, rethink the design of course teaching and traditional teaching videos to new video curriculum development model to meet the needs of learners, to aim at working on an online video lecture of our country diversified development mode and to bring new inspiration and reference.
