Based on the background of the current situation of education facing the countryside compulsory education stage in Taishan District of Tai’an City, mainly to solve the problemof ruralteachers face asthe research object and target, with the construction method of rural teachers in theory as a guide, to explore the causes of the problem from the angle of historyandreality, bysolving themainproblemsfacing theruralcompulsoryeducation teachers th estage of compulsory education, promote the rural teacher’s comprehensive and harmonious development, and gradually realize the education fair, provide the beneficial reference for the sustained and healthy development of rural education,so as to promote the balanced development of urban and rural areas, speed up the pace of the construction of new socialist countryside.
