Legal Issues And Countermeasures Of Sports Fund Management

Sports Fund in China has nearly two decades of development history, it should be said that China’s economic system in sports fund restructuring and change of government functions in the process of promoting the development of China’s sports undertakingd and building a moderately prosperous society plays an important role.But along with the further, development of China’s sports industry,sports fund raising, management and use of regulatory capital and later there have been some problems, although China has promulgated a number of laws and regulations to regulate and govern them, but in theory and concrete practice, there are many controversies in sports funding and governance norms.In this paper, literature, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis of the legal issues of Sports Fund Management occurred during the study were analyzed. Aimed at identifying legal issues hinder sports development fund and make recommendations for the issue, so as to better promote the development of China’s sports fund, but also for the development of regulations and policies related to sports fund can provide some help. This paper is divided into a total of four parts, the first part explains the concept sports fund, characteristics, development status and the laws and regulations relating to sports fund; The second part of a detailed analysis of the legal issues of Sports Fund Management exist in the process, to discuss three aspects: First, the legal issues in the management of sports Sports Foundation funds exist in the process; in the classification of the Sports Foundation, funds on the basis of origin and used to analyze legal issues Sports Foundation exists to question the use of funds on the sport’s Sports Foundation fund use and management problems in the process are discussed together.
