Based on the perspective study of implicit comparation, this paper expounds the fundraising work practice of American universities foundation and summarizes successful experiences and factors of financing in the college foundation. Then, combining with the present situation of fund-raising channel of China universities'education foundtion and successful practices from America,the auther gives some suggestions to the specific practices of expanding education foundation's financing channel by optimizing external environment and improving their own quality.
