Badminton is one of the most popular ball sports in the world. we want to in the badminton made impressive achievements, research and by emerging advanced training methods imminent. The development and training of all the sports events are not without strength training, strength training is the foundation. Previous for badminton training mostly based on the traditional strength training, only attach importance to the improvement of big muscle group training and strength and core strength training is in the core area of deep muscle groups and small muscle group training, stimulation of the more active participation in sports, such as how to design a set of core strength training method is applied in the badminton training is particularly important. And in the badminton technology research, core strength training on defensive batting technique effect of already by previous attention, badminton court ball technology is more exquisite skills seems to little relationship with the power, so effect of core strength training to the front ball technology, has not attracted the attention and related research is less. This study as an opportunity, I hope through the core strength training the new training methods, the physical quality of the development of badminton players, thus improving the front batting technique level, provide empirical reference for the development of badminton technique and tactics.The main research methods of this paper include the method of documentation, quantitative statistics, logical analysis and experiment.. The 20 human subjects of the badminton training team of the Hunan Institute of Humanities and technology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 10 people. Before the intervention, the study of two groups of subjects in the basic situation of the body(age, height, weight, etc.), front ball technology and special physical quality three aspects carries on the statistical analysis, group no significant difference. The control group was trained by routine training, while the training of the core strength was trained by the experimental group.. Effect of experimental group increased the core strength training is to explore the training methods of badminton in front of the ball technology.Results: 30 seconds after the experiment, the results showed that the jump and the plate support of the double- shaking rope jumped and the plate was very significantly different(P<0.01).In the experimental group, the average of 30 seconds of the rope jump was raised to 42.6 by the average, and the plate supports increased from 90.3 seconds to 214 seconds.. The two groups after the experiment the ball technology, pick the ball and the total score was significant difference(P<0.01). Hooker technology in the experimental group average at the beginning and end of the experiment by 17.4 points increased to 20.5 points; pick the ball technology divided at the beginning and end of the experiment by 18.3 points increased to 20.9 points, experimental group, the total score in the average score before and after the experiment, from 73.7 points increased to 85.1%.Conclusion: the core strength training can effectively improve the badminton court batting technique(pick the ball technology and hooker Technology). Because the front hit the ball, athletes often in passive state, control of body and the stability of the body posture has a higher requirements; and core strength training can not only improve the quality of power and of body balance and coordination and so on in front of the ball body quality also significantly increased.
