Objective:This research aims to evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention program to obese college female students, observing on which way this model influences their body composition and glucose metabolism index. Also, this research explores and analyzes effects that how a cultivation of reasonable exercising methods and healthy eating habits to will have on obese college female students to lose weight, for the purpose to provide a theory based on improving their glucose metabolism conditions. Methods:This research is outlined to took on The effect of comprehensive intervention program to lose weight in 8 weeks, analyzing changes before and after weight loss under this model of obese college female students’ body composition and glucose metabolism index. This research picks up 24 obese (fat≥ 30%) college female students as trial subjects, separating to experimental group (A group takes on the effect of comprehensive intervention program:N=12) and control group(A group takes on exercises only:N=12) randomly. All trail subjects in this two groups complete a 6-day per week,8-week exercise, including aerobic exercise, resistance training and mat work. Total energy absorbed per day for a trail subject is measured by personal standard weight X the unit weight of heat supply physical labor (30Kal/kg). Trail subjects record their daily diet during this intervention, and calculate their heat intake through their food intake, requiring the heat intake in the experimental group comes out negative balance per day, which is energy intake< calculated total energy (approximately-500kcal), and no requirements on energy intake for the control group. Before and after this intervention, trail subjects will be tested their body index including heights and body composition, etc; tests includes bio-chemistry index on blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, glycated albumin, glucagon, insulin, as well as insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) etc. Results:Comprehensive intervention program after the intervention body composition index both groups occurred benign changes, mainly as follows:bodyweight (7.30%vs3.49%), fat(16.64%vs7.12%), fatpercentage(11 .73%vs8.51%), trunkfat(20.08%vs13.34%), abdominal(18.45%vs15.08%), uppe rlimb fat(11.19%vs8.97%), lower extremity fat(15.34%vs7.83%) are different degrees of reduced, including comprehensive intervention program subjects of fat, trunk fat, lower limb fat was significantly lower than that in the exercise group (p< 0.05);Eight weeks after the intervention groups obese female students glucose metabolism both before and after the change, comprehensive intervention program in glycated albumin group showed significantly decreased(p< 0.01), glucagon increased significantly(p> 0.05), a simple exercise group showed saccharification hemogobin, glucose insulin resistance index showed a rice in different degrees, glycated albumin was significantly decreased, but all biochemical between the two groups no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:After this 8 weeks intervention, comparing to the group only takes on exercises, the group taking on comprehensive intervention program much obviously reduced the body fat and the body fat percentage, and more effectively improved the body fat percentage in obese college females, as well as perfecting their figures, which is a weight loss intervention model that can be chosen and persisted in a long term.
