Research purposeIn order to study the female college table tennis players and ordinary female university students in positive, backhand stroke oxidation sugar, fat and energy supply characteristics, through the experiment on female college students’ table tennis athletes and ordinary college female students in positive, backhand when the oxygen uptake, CO2output, RQ and HR were analyzed, based on these data for further processing, obtains the two in positive, backhand stroke each time the sugar, fat oxidation, energy supply, the percentage of fat for energy and total energy consumption change characteristic, summarizes the changes in energy metabolism, provide reference for the coaches to guide the female college table tennis athletes training in expect, on female college students fitness, provides the theory basis for weight loss.Research methodsThrough the experiment on the30female college students (female college table tennis athletes,10female college students were tested by20), heart and lung function were measured in two in telemetry forehand, backhand40min40min (including quiet period5min and recovery5min) gas metabolism process, respectively, on the quiet when (1-5min) and recovery (36-40min) gas every1minutes in the metabolism of period of time, every5min time period to the positive, backhand stroke6-35min time of gas metabolism and sugar, fat oxidation for energy, and total energy consumption are analyzed, to arrange the time period the index data, find out the changes of energy metabolism.The research results1quiet period l-5min period of female college students in table tennis athletes and ordinary college female students oxygen uptake, CO2output, RQ are not significantly different, average heart rate of5min were (68.93±5.23)/min,(77.08±16.74)/min, a significant difference (P<0.05); the amount of oxidation of sugar, fat and energy and the total energy consumption has no obvious difference in the quiet period two.2forehand when oxygen uptake and CO2exhalation of the female college students in the same time period were higher than female students table tennis player, and have a small increase; respiratory exchange ratio (RQ) of female college students in table tennis players changed little, female college students are on a downward trend; heart rate in each time segment of the latter the former than the latter. The amount of oxidation of sugar and fat for energy and total energy consumption has increased, female college students increased; the fat percentage of female college students has increased greatly, female students table tennis players did not change significantly.3CO2call-out Volume backhand stroke of the two oxygen uptake, are on the increase, female college students increased; RQ are reduced, female college students is significantly reduced; heart rate both increased significantly, and the rate is higher than female table tennis players in each of the same time period of general female college students’ heart. The amount of oxidation of sugar and fat and energy both increased, the increase amplitude is smaller, female college students increased greatly; the fat percentage of the former increased slightly, while the latter rise significantly, the fat percentage significantly more than the percentage of sugar for energy.4recovery of gas metabolism indexes in the period of the two exhibits different changes, oxygen uptake and CO2exhaled volume showed a downward trend, female students table tennis players in the36-37min time period of decline in the larger, then reached a steady state, female college students slow decline in36-39min time,39min after reaching stability; heart rate changes and oxygen uptake, CO2output consistent RQ is increased. The amount of oxidation of sugar, fat and energy supply is gradually reduced, the amount of oxidation of female college students in table tennis players, fat sugar back to that quiet state faster.Conclusion1Female table tennis athletes in the training process, the backhand is energy consumption is lower than the ordinary female university table tennis enthusiasts, the same intensity standard movement than female college students to save energy. In the process of table tennis, with table tennis technology improves, movement in the process of reduction in energy consumption, good technical table tennis process can save energy. 2Cases recovered from the quiet--, female students table tennis athletes in the quiet heart rate, oxygen consumption is relatively low, the movement began after the rapid increase, in a relatively short period of time and stability in the corresponding range, at the end of the exercise, the body has a strong resilience, can quickly will the body return to the quiet state.
