Following an excellent education thought bring to grasp that teaching more smoothly and completely in the teaching. W u zhengxian and Huang aihua are the outstanding ones among the front-line teachers.Following their educat ion thought and compare, it’sgood to guide the practice of prim ary school educ ation work, improve the quali ty of their primary school mathematics teaching.Comparative research m ethod, case study m ethod and literature research m ethod are applied in this thesis.S etting the research object on W u zhengxian and Huang aihua,and compared, analysis on their te aching thought. First of all, to compare Wu zhengxian and Huang aihua elementary school mathematics teaching thought from the aspects of teaching idea.Secondly, to compare Wu zhengxian and Huang aihua elementary school mathematics teaching theory foundation.Then, Wu zhengxian and Huang aihua also have sim ilarities and differences in the teaching practice.Com pare their education thought by reading books, researching teaching cases and teaching act ivities,watching interview and so on. Finally, According to the Wu zhengxian and Huang aihua’s comparative study, list some revelations in practice teaching by myself.People-oriented, advocating innovatio n, lifelong learning, creating love are the sam e idea of W u zhengxian and Huang aihua,but each has his strong point.Wu zhengxian and Huang aihua’ s teaching thoughts related to the theory of pedagogy and psychology closely,and the children’ s psychology,the theory of multiple intelligences Gardner, maslow’s hierarchy of needs, m aterialist dialectics, theory is the zone of pr oximal development are used more frequently.Throu gh the course of the generation of import, curriculum, course application and extension of the three stages to W u zhengxian comparing with Huang aihua’ s elementary school m athematics teaching strategies.By analyzing the similarities and differences between Wu zhengxian and Huang aihua the elem entary school mathematics teaching thought: teaching id ea, thought fo undation, teaching strategy, the generality of the exce llent teachers is worthy of us to lea rn. All road s lead to R ome, the direction is the same.To some extent, this paper deepens the Wu zhengxian and Huang aihua elem entary school mathematics teaching ideology research, at the same time,provides some theoretical support for first-line teachers on the job, and pr ovide a workable template of educational paradigm and teaching practices for primary school teachers.
