Since the Reform and Opening up, China has put technological development and innovation in the national strategic level, which promote scientific and technological progress, and accelerate the pace of innovation. Technology and innovation can make our country standing the top, increasing power and Competitiveness of our country. To further promote technological innovation, Our country emulate the successful experience of developed countries in Europe and America, Establishing the first university science park-Northeastern University Technology Park. In order to investigate the management system of University Science Park of the optimization problem, Ⅰ card the management structure of Beijing Forestry University throughout case analysis, including gvernments".university’s and park itself. I introduce status of Beijing Forestry University Science and Technology Park through Personal interviews. The specific implementation and the advantages and disadvantages of university science parks through document analysis. According to Triple Helix Theory, the management systems of Beijing Forestry University Technology Park had some defects, including the less connection between university and technology park, science and technology parks lack of complete internal management system, the lack of venture capital management system and so on. The author of this paper will develop board system and the board of supervisors, which strengthing the connection between university science and technology park. The members included university, technology park and company. In the same time, Beijing Forestry University science and Technology Park will increasing the internal organizations, including Customer Service, Ministry of Justice, Technology Transfer Unit, Ventures, to improve the existing management system of Beijing Forestry University science and Technology Park.
