The period in primary school is the basis of the children learning, and the teacher is the most importthe relationship between ant role of teaching.So the growth of primary school teachers, it’s key to child’s overall development and the sustainable development.Growth history of a person is like a prism, refracting is a more comprehensive perspective, and therefore their growth from the start of refraction is not only themselves, but also the whole of the educational path.In this thesis, narrative research methods, from educators to explore the story of education and teaching law school teaching teachers’ professional development, teachers feel the impact from the story of each growth factor, and based on the data itself, to explore an effective training Strategy.
