Basic education is the cornerstone of national education. The period in primary school is the basis of the children learning, and the teacher is the most importthe relationship between ant role of teaching.So the growth of primary school teachers, it’s key to child’s overall development and the sustainable development.Growth history of a person is like a prism, refracting is a more comprehensive perspective, and therefore their growth from the start of refraction is not only themselves, but also the whole of the educational path.In this thesis, narrative research methods, from educators to explore the story of education and teaching law school teaching teachers’ professional development, teachers feel the impact from the story of each growth factor, and based on the data itself, to explore an effective training Strategy. Taking the time to render the process of teacher self-growth phase in the "adaptation period, setting stage, breaking in" the story of these three stages. Personal professional growth of teachers have external propulsion, but also the development of personal subjective factors, it is both common development, promote the development of teachers.With the analyses and introspection of professional growth of myself and the whole study, the following conclusions was formed. First, it’s a long time of accumulation for the professional growth of the primary school teachers;Second,the primary school teachers’ professional development needs reasonable life planning;The third is "Reflection and Practice" is the key element of primary school teachers’ professional development;Fourth,primary school teachers’ professional development is inseparable from the unity of teaching and research;Fifth, professional guide affecting primary school teachers’ professional development; Sixth, education and faith to lead the stick in the primary school teachers’ professional development road; Seven, primary school teachers’ professional development is inseparable from the self-learning initiative,and the need for lifelong learning.According to the requirements of the standard of primary school teachers, I reflect on their own growth, sums up his lack of professional knowledge and professional competence;With the conclusion mentioned above, the current study thought about how to promote the primary school teacher in the perspectives of the college administrator and the young teacher themselves.
