| This study believes that the growth of the teaching ability of new primary school Chinese teachers refers to the dynamic process in which the primary school Chinese teachers who have qualified as teachers and have passed the practice assessment within three years of their entry have continuously consolidated their professional skills through teaching practice and gradually become a qualified primary school Chinese teacher.In order to provide a more detailed and specific plot analysis,this study decided to take the key events with educational significance in its own Chinese teaching as the research object,using narrative research,literature,interview and observation methods to analyze and summarize the stages and influencing factors of its own teaching ability growth,and draw inspiration to promote the development of the new primary school Chinese teachers’ professional ability.Specific contents include the following aspects:First,the education narrative of new Chinese teachers in primary schools.Taking the key events as the research object,it records the key events in the growth of the author’s teaching ability.On the one hand,the author’s work experience and a brief introduction to his primary school;On the other hand,narrative research,observation and interview are used to record the key events with educational significance in the process of the growth of their teaching ability from the five perspectives of the author,leaders,colleagues,students in their classes and parents.Second,the new primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching ability growth stage.The author divides the growth stage of his teaching ability into two stages: focusing on survival and focusing on situation.Third,the influence factors of the new primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching ability.Through the observation,analysis,thinking and induction of the growth process of their own teaching ability,we have summarized several factors that affect the growth of the new primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching ability,namely,educational policy,team help,family environment,discipline quality,key events and student development.Fourth,the enlightenment of the new primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching ability growth.Based on the analysis of the stages and influencing factors of the new primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching ability growth,as well as the key events and key deficiencies in the process of their own teaching ability growth,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of the new primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching ability growth from five aspects: policy guidance,school system,family support,personal accomplishment,and individual consciousness,such as: closely following the policy guidance,actively updating ideas;Further study of pre service training and integration into school culture;Learn from the wisdom of family education and rationally deal with career setbacks;Deepen professional knowledge and improve discipline quality;Stimulate internal driving force and cultivate professional identity. |
