The rural preschool education is an important part of the education career, so the quality of the rural preschool education directly affects the development of the whole education career. However, the stand or fall of rural preschool education is the key to rural preschool teachers, and professional identity as the starting point of preschool teachers’ professional development, preschool teachers’ professional identity directly influence the development of young children. Therefore, It is important for improving education quality to focus on rural Kindergarteners’ career identity.On the basis of previous studies, this study to explore the rural Kindergarteners’ career identity,using narrative research, under the situation of natural, with three rural preschool teachers as the research object, carries on the careful observation and understanding, and describes the behavior of the object of study, experience, a concrete analysis of their professional identity. In order to enrich the domestic rural Kindergarteners’ career identity studies provide some train of thought, at the same time, for the rural Kindergarteners’ reflections on their professional identity provides the situation, make the object of study of professional identity in the process of continuous self correction and construct for promotion and development.This research is divided into the following several parts:The first part is mainly about the cause of research, the research background, and the choice of research objects and research methods, research ideas, research design problems.The second part is three rural Kindergarteners’ career identity narrative, including a description of the three rural Kindergarteners’ career identity image, learners of Kindergarteners’ career identity construction and as a construction of the rural Kindergarteners’ career identity, through the three aspects of narrative, to show three rural Kindergarteners’ in the process of career identity.The third part is the second part through storytelling, in combination with relating literature material to analyze the influence factors of three rural Kindergarteners’ career identity.
