Preschool education is an organic component of China's basic education. As our country "education program" releasing, preschool education has attracted more and more social attention. Preschool teachers are the leaders of Preschool education teaching, so their ideas and behaviors directly influence the education results. However, in the present, there still remains the phenomenon that preschool teacher actions do not match with their educational concept. Therefore, this study investigates the preschool teacher's daily teaching activities, uses detailed qualitative method to explore the real state of kindergarten teachers'practices and self-expressed conception on education in the educational events, intends to find out the reason of these conflicts, and provides reference for kindergarten teachers'education, training and professional development.This study mainly adopts literature research, case study and interviews. Through the literature study, we propose the research idea and make assumption, choose four female kindergarten teachers (Al, A2, A3 and A4) with two years or more experience from two kindergartens as research objects to observe and interview with. Conclusions are as follows:1. Four preschool teachers about children's concept of self statement, curriculum teaching idea and class management have different degree of difference with their corresponding actual education behavior.2. In all the ideas and behavioral differences, involving the rights of children, status of ideas and (education) behavioral variation is a prominent problem. In this study on teaching, management, and evaluation of the three dimensions of each branch under the faith and the corresponding action can reflect differences by this kind of difference caused problem:fair appraisal, fair teaching, fair management etc.3. The inconsistent reason of teaching idea and behavior, in addition to the above fair idea and actual teaching behavior contradiction, still have these performances:the teacher make their choice of teaching content not from children's interests and life reality, but from their easy choices.4. In the disagreement about preschool teacher'ideas and behaviors, there are still have obvious disaccord between preschool teacher's ideas about the understanding of treating the class fair, rules of the class, children's corporal punishment class management with the actual management behavior.According to the education concept and preschool teachers' education behavior differences, the author analyzed the internal and external causes:the first is internal. Preschool teacher education conceptions have a poor system structure led to the differences of education concepts and behaviors is the internal causes. Preschool teachers themselves should have clear understanding, grasps various reflection ways and means, to develop education behavior at the habit of reflect the work and the study, constantly absorbing new knowledge and ideas, and optimize their education ideas of his own conduct as the guiding basis. The second is the external causes. Due to the kindergarten's management does not reach the designated position, plus the pressure from the parents, make teachers' education behavior deviated from their education ideas. To this, the author thinks that the preschool teachers should strengthen their summarizing and reflection ability, the kindergarten should enhance the effective management for preschool teachers, formulate the management system, and give more relevant training opportunities.
