| The headmaster is the soul of a school and the key to running a good school. As the core of the school’s talent team, the principal plays an increasingly prominent role in the development of the school.Rural education is the key point of our country’s education modernization. As the principal of rural primary school,he is the guide and navigator of the development of rural education.Under the relatively backward conditions in rural areas and in the relatively tough working environment and living conditions,it is the manifestation of the good working and living conditions of rural primary school principals to actively face the difficulties and pressures and do a good job in the principal’s work. Therefore,it is particularly important to study the occupational resilience of rural primary school principals. On the basis of learning and referring to the existing research results, this study adopts the method of narrative research, focuses on exploring the story of rural primary school principals’ career resilience in the real situation, and explores its internal structure. The study began with a nine-month collaborative narrative study of the principals of a rural primary school. The research focuses on the career resilience development course of President Z.In accordance with the chronological sequence of his career growth, the research presents the resilience stories experienced by President Z at each stage and the influence of these resilience stories on his career development, and then makes reflection and exploration. In the process of narrative research,it is gradually found that, with the growth of time, principal Z’s career resilience gradually increases to the development process of daily resilience from low to high, rather than the fixed resilience from beginning to end.In this study,"he tells story" was used to present the externality of occupational resilience, and rational thinking and analysis of the internal structure were conducted through theories. This study can be divided into the following:The first chapter is the introduction, which elaborates the reason and significance of the research topic selection.Through the theoretical analysis and summary of occupational resilience and principal’s occupational resilience,it is found that there are few previous studies on principal’s occupational resilience, most of which focus on teacher’s resilience or psychological resilience and lack of attention to rural primary school principals. Most ot the internal structure of occupational resilience focuses on the existing one and lacks professional and in-depth research on the group of principals. The second chapter is the research design part. Most of the previous studies on resilience, teacher resilience or occupational resilience focused on quantitative research. After determining the research object, this study used narrative research to deeply explore the inner structure and inner quality of rural primary school principals’occupational resilience.Resilience through a typical resilience story. In the process of data collection,non-structured interviews were used in the early stage to listen to and record resilience stories, and semi-structured interviews were used in the later stage on the basis of previous ones to check and fill gaps.At the same time, observation method and material collection method were used to supplement the materials. The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main part of this study, which will discuss principal Z’s career resilience in chronological order, from the pre-service unwillingness to be a rural teacher, with dissatisfaction and rejection of rural schools,to "do a good job now" to stay in the village to run a good school, and then to be a good principal and excellent principal. With the growth of time, the career resilience of principal Z also presents a dynamic state in the process of career development, from low to gradual growth to daily growth.Taking the presentation of the story as the first step, the author thinks about and analyzes the occupational resilience of the author, and finally summarizes and analyzes the theory of emotional dimension, professional dimension and social dimension. It presents the internal structure and quality of principal Z’s career resilience. The sixth chapter is the inspiration and summary of this study, which is the final summary of the whole study and the presentation of the text. This study focuses on the revelation and reflection from the story, and also hopes to provide some theoretical thinking space for readers, inviting them to think in the reading of the story,so as to obtain a richer interpretation of meaning. |
