Primary education is the basis for education, it’s the most important part in the development of education reform. It’s essential to us to focus on the promotion of the quality of primary school teaching and pay attention to the study on classroom teaching of primary school. And the author found that the research of teachers’ teaching self-satisfaction and teaching self-efficacy of primary schools are very barely, so it will essential to research the relationship between teachers’ teaching self-satisfaction and teaching self-efficacy, and come up with the advices.Based on the principle of education theory,education management theory, the theory of teacher education,basic education research theory,and the theory of education psychology related theory as guide,using the methods of literature research and questionnaire method,under the background of new curriculum reform, the paper will investigate and study on the current situation of teachers’ teaching self-satisfaction and teaching self-efficacy of primary schools in N distract of Chongqing city. The result has important theoretical value to enrich and perfect the theory of teacher’s teaching self-satisfaction and self-efficacy, also has strong practical significance to promote the primary school teachers’ self-satisfaction of classroom teaching and improve teaching self-efficacy.This paper mainly introduces four chapters as follows.The first chapter is introduction.It firstly introduces the causes and significance of this research, and then it gives the researching objective and content in this paper. Lastly, it analyzes the researching thoughts and methods of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis. It will analysis the theory base on the teachers’ teaching self-satisfaction and teaching self-efficacy.The third chapter mainly investigate and discusses the current situation of teachers’ teaching self-satisfaction and teaching self-efficacy of primary schools in N distract of Chongqing city. Firstly, the research tools are the questionnaire of teacher’s teaching self-satisfaction which written by the author and applying the skill of sense of teaching efficacy written by experts. Secondly, it will analysis the result of the study on the relationship of teacher’s teaching self-satisfaction and teaching self-efficacy of primary schools in N district of Chongqing city. And analysis the overall standard and individual difference respectively. Lastly, the author would use correlation analysis and regression analysis for the relationship of teacher’s teaching self-satisfaction and teaching self-efficacy.The fourth chapter will come up with the advices to solve this problems which to enhance the feeling of teacher’s teaching self-satisfaction and teachers’ teaching self-efficacy.The fifth chapter will summarize the result of this study.
