The mathematics situation and the situation teaching always are the mathematics education worker studies the key object. Under such a background. In this paper, the mathematical teaching situation and model of thought combined research the design of mathematics teaching from the perspective of "situation" and "model" two-way construction, which will be on the teaching design of a new attempt.This research mainly uses the literature research method, case analysis method of "situation", "model", "two-way construction" and "teaching design" concept, based on the characteristics of instruction design of two-way construction for situation model,principle and method were studied, preliminary achieved as the conclusion:"The situation model" two-way construction includes two layers of meaning, one refers to the subject of learning through the coordination function, from mathematical situations in a math model of a mathematical situation to study from one or more of the angle of mathematics model, improve the learning subject for the abstract understanding of mathematical situation, complete the "situation" to "model" construction; the two refers to the subject of learning through the mathematical model of the objective world in construction, the mathematical model is thought into one or more mathematical situations and mathematical model of the interpretation or use, deepen learning subject to substantial mathematical model of the flexible use of understanding, to complete the "model" to the construction of "situation".The "situation- model" bidirectional construction has the features of abstract,rationality, optimization, rigor, flexibility, diversity, compatibility and close to life experience.
