Today, people who using knowledge flexibly in changeable environment is demanded in our society, rather than the people who reading in a pedantic way. Thus requires the learners must have the qualities of high migration, be able to make accommodation of knowledge and create social value. Traditional Instructional Design Model makes complex knowledge atomization which would be represented by isolated knowledge and skills. Learners in this mode can just use knowledge and skills into the same situation, other than make any migration of them. This kind of educational model is unable to meet the requirements of our modern society. In order to face this challenge, the concept of Integrated Instructional Design of complex learning emerged. The representational mode--4C/ID model, which is regarded as the most representative work is widely used in many fields of professional skills training. This thesis starts with Holistic theory, based on the representative Integrated Instructional Design Model--Four Component Instructional Design Model, carrying on case design, practice, and check out.The researches in this thesis are divided into two rounds, objected on the Educational Technology Undergraduate Student in Shanghai Normal University. In the first round, the knowledge of<Information Instructional Design>, originated from <Introduction of educational technology>, was defined as the design object. Complete instructional design cases had been designed and used, at last, the summary design strategies were summarized from the observation of teaching and learning. In the second round, the object of the research changed to<Design and development of micro-course>. The second round aims to validate the design strategies in the first round and make improvement. The point can mainly embodied in five aspects:The selection of teaching content. The decomposition of complex skills and learning tasks setting. The supported information setting、Procedural information setting and task practice arrangement.
