Recently, family education of immigrant workers’ trailing children is received concerns by scholars. The author studies the family education of Futaiese in Nanning City in the background of cultural change. Most of these Futaiese are Zhuang Nationality and they live in Futai village before they flow out. The reasons for selecting these people as research target are based on the following factors. First, the ecological culture stores well in Futai, however, the culture what they touch changes after they enter into the Nanning City. Second, the jobs they do are similar to others which has widespread meaning. Third, living in the circle of Na culture, Futaiese are affected by the Na culture. As a result, they become vegetable farmers after they enter into the city. This sort of moving makes it possess typicalism and specialism.This research bases on the immigrant workers who lived in Futai before, and work in Nanning City. It is aim to study their family education with field-work. Beginning with the original ecology of Futai countryside, the writer investigates the natural environment, social environment and spiritual environment and analyze the ecological family education. A great deal of investigations make the author clearly know that the original ecological environment has a strong influence on local ecological family education and their offspring. First of all, ancestor-worship makes the Futaiese revere their ancestors and respect to the elder people around them from the childhood. Second, natural worship makes people awe the nature and love the life. Third, the education of the festival culture can make the Futaiese love their hometown. What’s more, the thoughts of good scholars making official cause the Futaiese to pay attention to the family education. Last but not the least, the grandparents’ education can preserve inheritance well.Then, this research focuses on discussing the immigrant children’s family education by non-structured interview and participant observation to get the first-hand data. By deep description, the author finds there are still some problems as the indifference between parent-child relationship, the weakness of the ecological family education and the shortage of the family education’s strength. In this article, the writer inspects the family education problem of Futaiee living in Nanning City from pedagogy and cultural anthropology perspective to analyze the deep reasons which lead to the problem of family education, that is cultural conflict, non-continuity family education and cultural rupture. Specificly, the change of educational subject, confronting the family transition and cultural diversity cause cultural conflict. The changes of life-style, evolution of acquaintanceship culture and the walk-off and missing of other educational fields are the causes of migrant children’s educational non-continuity. The eruption of ecological culture and the weakness of identity of ethnic culture lead the cultural rupture. Based on these, the writer thinks about from three aspects as improving the function of family education, realizing the importance of family education and combining the resource. To construct the harmonious family surrounding. The author also raises that paying attention to non-continuity things, cultivating the adopting education.
