With weak school improvement plan for rural compulsory education, teaching point digital educational resources covering the whole project, "two-way platfor m," primary and secondary school teachers to enhance the ability of IT applicati ons and other projects to bring a remote area of information technology for educ ation " profound changes in the way teaching and learning," this change forced the border areas the majority of teachers must change their ideas and actively pa rticipate in change, to grasp the appropriate information technology and knowledg e to advanced learning and teaching theory to guide teaching practice and impro ve the professionalism of teachers development. The development of education ca nnot do without the teacher, and the teacher’s development cannot do without the teacher training, the use of information resources and means, strengthen the trai ning of teachers, deepen the teacher education, is one of the effective ways of t he formation of professional teachers, but also an urgent requirement of the time s and the important guarantee of teachers. Primary and middle school teachers’ o nline training is developed with the rapid development of information technology under the background of the times, to promote teachers’ professional for the de velopment of information technology, is an important topic in the study field of educational informationlization.The teacher training in border areas as the object of study, research and inv estigation on the two border region of Guangxi Pingxiang and Yunnan Xishuang banna, training on the border area of information present situation as well as the use of information resources and the means for teachers to carry out the practice of the border dilemma of teacher training are analyzed and discussed, and tried to local people, especially the countermeasures the teacher’s angle to look for the southwest border of teacher training, the teachers’ professional development and improve substantially improved.The southwest border minority areas of education information has begun to take shape, the teachers can make full use of information facilities and resources for professional development. Through questionnaires, interviews and participatory observation that the satisfaction of the teachers’ online training is not high, and even some resentment. The special needs of training courses teaching does not conform to the border; virtual network environment, the human-machine interaction, the teachers’ learning time conflicts are caused by teachers’ online training problem. To improve the effect of training teachers to promote teachers’ use of online information resources, professional development, the author thinks that the contradiction between the administration and the teachers’ learning first, balance training; secondly, from the content of the curriculum and teachers on the creation of the real work situation of teachers in border areas; finally, to carry out various forms of teacher training by using a variety of information technology teaching resources, teachers improve border the professional accomplishment.
