Era calls for faster development of high-quality skilled personnel training,as a general financing has become a trend that high school education reform under the background of increasingly good policy environment,the author through the investigation and analysis in ethnic minority areas along the border(wide to GuangXi NingMing county as an example)characterized by the integration of ordinary high school as a general condition and sample attitude,in combing,as a general financing at home and abroad for reference,the good experience,on the basis of good practice in NingMing county of average high school as a general financing problems,to supplement the local high school education development board of BSFLP,put forward the operable solution "" NingMing,It enables local high school students to graduate with "access to higher education and employment basis",helping to achieve education equity and all-round development of people.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction,including the origin of the topic,research purposes and methods,domestic and foreign research status review,research ideas and methods,concept definition and theoretical basis,aiming to elaborate the research ideas and research process of this paper.in the second part is the border ethnic areas(wide to GuangXi NingMing county as an example)as ordinary high school's financing situation investigation and study,including the frontier minority areas of GuangXi,NingMing county development situation,NingMing county ordinary high school education practice the general financing condition investigation and results analysis(students,parents,teachers,volumes),NingMing county as ordinary high school's financing problems and cause analysis,aims to expound characterized by the integration of NingMing county as ordinary high school's situation as well as the attitude of the sample.The third part is the countermeasures and Suggestions,including draw lessons from foreign experience,characterized by the integration of high school education practice the general job as reference to our country high school education practice the financing experience,characterized by the integration of the general position of "NingMing scheme",aims to integrate into local solution in the practice exploration attempt to provide some meaningful research data and materials.
