Educational ecology is an interdisciplinary subject between pedagogy and ecology.Educational ecology cites the basic viewpoints and methods of ecology to study educational issues.By studying the relationship between education and the surrounding environment,it analyzes the causes of educational problems and reveals the laws of education,aimed at guiding educational practice activities.This study uses the basic viewpoints of ecology,comprehensively examines the main problems existing in the professional development of rural teachers in cross-border ethnic areas,and deeply explores the external ecological environment,internal ecological environment and individual ecological environment that affect the professional development of rural teachers,and the ecology in each environment.The impact of factors on the professional development of rural teachers.The external environment in which rural teachers are located is divided into three aspects: natural environment,social environment and normative environment.The internal ecological environment is mainly explained from the aspects of school management evaluation system,campus material culture and teacher ecological occupation.The interpretation of teachers' individual ecological environment is mainly analyzed from the professional development consciousness and professional affection of rural teachers.As the main body of educational activities,teachers have a very complicated living and working environment.Correctly handle the relationship between teachers and their surroundings.They should focus on the ecological perspective of education and focus on building a harmonious ecological environment for the development of rural teachers,and then stimulate the professional development of rural teachers.Intrinsic motivation,and ultimately the sustainability of rural teachers' professional learning and development.The content of the thesis is divided into the following chapters: The first chapter focuses on the reasons for choosing the topic,the main purpose of the research and the significance of the research,the research status of academic circles at home and abroad in the field,and the paper review of the literature The research framework;the second is the research design and the basic theory applied in this research;the second chapter mainly introduces the basic overview of the research area,including thenatural conditions,human conditions,and the development of compulsory education;the third chapter mainly uses the theory of educational ecology to the countryside.The ecological environment of teachers' professional development is interpreted.The external ecological environment of teachers in cross-border ethnic areas is lacking,the internal ecological environment is unbalanced,the school management evaluation system is chaotic,and the internal motivation of teachers' individual development is insufficient.The fourth chapter is aimed at the ecology of teachers' professional development.The environment proposes targeted thinking and suggestions;the fifth chapter is the research deficiency and prospects.The research on the problems of rural teachers' professional development is not detailed enough,the understanding of educational ecology theory is insufficient,and some content arguments are not enough.The research on the theory of educational ecology will be the direction of continuing research in the future,in-depth study of its theoretical knowledge,and the flexible use of its principles.
