A Study On The Safeguard Mechanism Of Vocational Colleges’ Registration Enrollment

Vocational education plays a very important position in the field of education. It improves the quality and capacity of workers in China and educates a lot of skilled talented people. Vocational colleges’ registration enrollment have largely relieved the condition of shrink of the source of students, benefits farmers becoming into technical workers. So how to ensure the smooth conduct of vocational colleges’ registration enrollment is a key issue.Quantitative research and qualitative research methods were combined in this study. This study selected vocational colleges of Jiangsu and Shandong as research sites, and involved students, parents, admissions officers teachers, school leaders. The specific ways use questionnaire, interview and observation methods. There are existing problems of registration admissions after investigation, such as, registered conditions with entrance examination limitations, the restricted range of student’s choices, inappropriate propaganda, non-standard operations, registration enrollment in question. Then, start with three aspects of legal policy, system, and environment, discusses the deep factors affecting registered enrollment in higher vocational colleges. The reasons of this are presented of the law inadequacy and the poor relative policies, the limited condition of registration, and inadequate supervision of institutional level, poor awareness about registered enrollment of social, employers, families and the students.Combining with the practical situation of the research, this study put forward the guarantee mechanism of registered enrollment in higher vocational colleges. The first is the law and policy guarantees. To begin with, we need to gradually improve the legal system of registered enrollment, clarify the responsibility of managers, solve practical problems of registered enrollment with legislation, make sense of registered enrollment by law, and then put forward the policy guarantee of registered enrollment from enrollment propaganda and fair recruiting. The second one is institutional guarantee. The system guarantee of the higher vocational college registered enrollment is put forward from system of registered enrollment, supporting systems and enrollment regulatory system. The third one is based on cognition of registered enrollment from social, industry, family and students. From the social level, building a good social atmosphere make for obtaining the social support to registered admissions from all walks of life for vocational colleges’ registration enrollment. Companies also should accept the registered admissions students. The employers should use fair attitude to registered admissions students when recruiting graduates, paying attention to students’ professional skills, professional ethics, labor attitude and various aspects of quality and ability, conducting a comprehensive inspection of students. Parents should set up the correct education, keeping registration enrollment of children in perspective from the sight of the all-round development. They should not only attach importance to learn the textbook knowledge of the children, but also pay attention to the development of their professional skills. Students should strengthen the understanding of registered and change the existing old ideas from the "selected" into "I chose".Security mechanism of registered admissions can not only make up for deficiencies existing in the study of higher vocational colleges, but also can provide policy reference for related department. The safeguard mechanism based on the actual investigation, with strong pertinence, providing certain refer to registered admissions of vocational colleges.
