The Design And Relization Of Student Records Registration Of Tianjin Vocational School

With the approaching of information era/society and an emphasis of adaptingmodern methods of school management, student records registration system has beenwidely applied in schools and education management, which has not only improvedoffice performance, workforce efficiency, but also avoided human interference, thusmakingitthebestwayofscientificmanagement.This paper makes a comprehensive studyon the components and main functionsof management system while offering a detailed analysis of the current registrationmanagement flow with reference to the requirements of student records registrationbythe Vocational Education Section of Tianjin Education Committee. On the basis ofa further analysis of school management and physical equipment, the paper gives abrief explanation of the operation environment and 2-level management system,namely the school level and Committee level. The operation environment andsoftware used for developing the system, and the design flow of the functionalmodules are also explainedbrieflyas well bydemonstratingthetrial use ofit. It sumsup our experiences during the design and points out future improvements to someextents.This software is an example of making human data process to a combination ofhumanandcomputerizedprocess;itcanbeofapplicablereferenceforsimilaruses.
