Secondary vocational education as part of vocational education plays a very important position in the field of education, which is the foundation of vocational education.Secondary vocational education to cultivate professional talents to the nation as its own task mission, make it become the important force to promote the development of our society. Back in history, the development of secondary vocational education never like today so widely spread attention and condemnation, and secondary vocational education reform has never been like today waving repeatedly. Entering the new century, with the state and social development of secondary vocational education constant attention, the quality of secondary vocational education in our country also achieved leapfrog development, cultivating a large number of first-line technical talents for the society. However, students of secondary vocational school training appear the phenomenon of "difficult job", the reason, in large part from the teaching mode. Teaching mode is not adapted to the all-round development of students and the development needs of enterprise that has become the bottleneck of secondary vocational education development. As a result, many secondary vocational schools in the teaching reform, including the teaching mode reform. However, due to various reasons, some secondary vocational schools reform much success. Based on this, it is necessary for us based on the reality of the problems existing in the secondary vocational school teaching, to explore the relevant issues of secondary vocational school teaching mode reforming, in order to promote the innovation and reform of secondary vocational school teaching mode. This study focused on the teaching model of secondary vocational school reform, try to answer the following questions:First, the analysis of what causes secondary vocational schools teaching mode reform is; Secondly, the analysis of what secondary vocational schools teaching model reform should focus on; Finally, should explore how to ensure the successful implementation of secondary vocational school teaching mode reform. In this study, a representative of vocational education abroad teaching model based analysis, based on the practice of investigation, try to analyze the problem of secondary vocational school teaching mode reform, the values, understanding secondary vocational school teaching mode reform body systems and secondary vocational schools on how to promote the teaching mode in security system reform made further thinking. Based on the above analysis of the logic, the main contents of this study are divided into the following sections:The first part, mainly discuss the existing problems of secondary vocational school teaching mode reform. Only to find out the problem, the reform has focus. Through the questionnaire survey, summarized the current secondary vocational school teaching what the problem is. It was found that secondary vocational schools teaching the existence of problems in the target concept, content and assessment system evaluation.The second part, secondary vocational schools teaching mode reform values. Reform is not blind, but need the guidance of the concept. Reform of secondary vocational schools teaching model should be beneficial not only to the school’s own development to meet the needs of society, but also to promote and enhance the quality of students’ abilities. Therefore, the reform of secondary vocational teaching model should have a social standard values, personality development value orientation, technology and humanistic rational technology paradigm.The third part, mainly discuss the secondary vocational schools teaching mode reform of system of ontology. This section analyzes the main elements of the reform. Mainly analyzed and discussed from the main reform principles, objectives, and evaluation support in these areas.The fourth part, mainly discuss the case of secondary vocational school teaching mode reform analysis. Based on the above research, with specific schools to illustrate its teaching mode reform, in order to examine existing research and find out for reference place.The fifth part, explore secondary vocational schools teaching mode reform strategy. Secondary vocational school teaching mode reform should be guided by the "five docking", and on this basis, combining with the secondary vocational school teaching mode to reform the existing problems and put forward the reform in the teaching idea, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching means and teaching evaluation a few suggestions.The sixth part, mainly discuss the guarantee mechanism of secondary vocational school teaching mode reform. Secondary vocational schools teaching reform smoothly successful implementation must depend on the safeguard mechanism. Therefore, to provide protection ideas, systems, resources and institutional teaching model for the reform of secondary vocational schools.Finally, on the basis of all research obtained some preliminary conclusions of this study and further research Suggestions. Research should not only pay attention to the theoretical and academic, but also pay attention to the combination of theory and practice. Based on the successful experience of secondary vocational education in foreign countries as a reference model, combined with the specific situation in our country, explore to adapt to China’s national conditions and with the local characteristics of secondary vocational school teaching mode.
