The Whole Process Of Secondary Vocational School Students Study To Build System Of Occupation Career Planning Education

In recent years, China vigorously supports the development of vocational education to meet the needs of labor and social development. The scale of vocational schools gradually expands and the number of students rises year after year. In particular, Eighteenth Congress emphasized the significance of "accelerating the development of modern vocational education", which reflects the new expectations to and new requirements of vocational education. However, a number of new issues appeared in this process since the vocational education has been expanded rapidly in a short time. The problem of employment, for instance, notably attracted attentions from the public, including leaders of relevant departments, experts, scholars, and universities.For now, career planning education for the secondary vocational students is still far from complete.Most of the job just focuses on providing graduates with career guidance and they have not yet formed a complete and comprehensive system. Hence, this article takes Yubei vocational education center as an example. On the basis of the current situation and existing problems, this paper aims to find the current career planning of secondary vocational school and attempts to build a comprehensive secondary vocational career planning education system. It is expected that this paper could help to improve secondary vocational employment education work and solve the employment difficulties that secondary vocational education has encountered.Based on the previousresearch and guided by the career related theory, this paper aims to study career planning of the secondary vocational students in China by adopting literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey and other research methods. First of all, the article introduces the concept of career planning education, the development and research status at home and abroad. Then, taking Chongqing Yubei vocational education center as an example, the paper introduces the current situation of career planning education of secondary vocational students. After that, it analyzes the career planning problems of secondary vocational students existing in the practical process through the questionnaire survey and statistics analysis. Finally, the article builds up the whole system of secondary vocational career planning education which provides references for the career planning education to secondary vocational students.
