Secondary vocational schools are the base for cultivating professional and technical talents.In the era of rapid development of China's social economy and technology,professional and technical talents become scarce talents.Secondary vocational colleges have the responsibility to provide useful talents for the society,and they also have educational conditions,but The employment rate of many secondary vocational colleges is difficult to improve.The graduates of secondary vocational schools change their careers within 3 years after graduation.The work is not related to school education.A large number of studies prove the professional satisfaction of secondary vocational school students.Lower.Regardless of the actual situation or the survey data,there are certain problems in the career education of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,this study takes Jilin ZY Technician College as an example to discuss the current situation of career planning education in secondary vocational schools.There are two aspects to be studied in the paper.First,the overall situation of the career education of Jilin ZY Technician College is described.Secondly,the problems in the career education of the school are found and suggestions are put forward.The research uses literature analysis method to sort out the status quo of career planning education research in secondary vocational schools,provide theoretical basis for research,and compile the questionnaire of vocational education for secondary vocational college students,conduct questionnaire survey for students,and conduct teachers on teachers.Structured open interviews,analysis of questionnaire data and interview content,the cognition of the school's career education,educational content,education system and educational approach,found problems in the career planning education of the school and made recommendations.Through research,it is found that Jilin ZY Technician College has problems in students' cognitive education.The career education content of the school needs to be enriched,the career education system is not perfect,and the educational approach is not flexible enough.The students of Jilin ZY Technician College have a short understanding of career education.54%of students are not active in career education,and 61%lack career planning skills.The career education content of the school is limited to understanding local human resources.The market environment,the requirements of business employers,the types of vacancies,etc.,the education of the students' professional maturity is almost blank;in terms of teaching system,career planning is not included in the school education as a separate course,but infiltrated In the course education of each subject,the school formulates a career planning education system,but the system implementation is insufficient,many systems lack practical value,lack of teaching evaluation system and related indicators;in terms of educational channels,the school is in various professional courses.Infiltration education is the main way to combine career planning with internship,but subject to the limitations of school education under the school-enterprise cooperation model,the educational effect is not obvious.From the four aspects of improving students' cognition of career planning,enriching teaching content,improving education system and broadening educational channels,the paper proposes suggestions for career planning education of Jilin ZY Technician College.The school has established a career planning education system,but the structure is not perfect.Students have cognitive biases in career planning education,and their attitudes are not positive enough.Enriching the career planning education content is the whole process of paying the student's future career development.Education is carried out from the perspective of students' career maturity;teachers' career planning education level is improved,career evaluation education evaluation system is constructed,and career planning education effects are evaluated from the perspectives of students,teachers and cooperative enterprises;student self-education and school education are adopted.The combination of school-enterprise cooperative education and social education comprehensively develops career planning education.This research can provide more detailed and detailed research materials for career planning education research in China's secondary vocational schools.
