| The career planning education in our country is still in its infancy, where there are deficiencies in all aspects. How to offer the secondary vocational school students guidance on career planning and how to carry out the career planning education courses, has been high on the agenda in secondary vocational schools. Unlike the ordinary high school education, secondary vocational education is a career-oriented education, which equips the students with employment ability at graduation and helps the students get employed in the fierce competition of the job market.In this paper, by using literature analysis, theoretical study, comparative analysis and questionnaire analysis on carries on the discussion and analysis, this paper first puts forward the connotation of the secondary vocational school career planning and theoretical significance and implementation of related issues, again by the secondary vocational student's current employment status, employment, introduction of career planning education in the secondary vocational student's class. Second from the present situation of the vocational school career planning for the current situation of the students during the period of school, the current situation of students' career planning and career planning education currently the analysis of existing problems, and gives countermeasures, aiming at the above problems and solving methods.Career planning education courses in secondary vocational schools are intended to make the students establish their own professional idea and make clear their career objectives and professional direction. Under the guidance of career planning teachers, these courses are to solve the problems students might meet in their career planning, and to foster the students' self-confidence and professional consciousness, and to encourage students to make a good career planning--getting a job first and then making the selection afterwards, and be the winner of the career. |
