Teachers are one of the world’s oldest profession, and also the human world’s eternal occupation. Because the object’s of the preschool teachers’ work are children, so their roles and functions are more complicated. What’s more, with the development of the society and the advancement of the education, people pay much attention to infant education. With the number of young children entering kindergarten increases and teachers of the preschool education can not meet the need, which makes more and more non-professional preschool people engage in preschool teachers and they have been important power of the preschool teachers’ team. Therefore, the promotion of non-professional preschool teachers’ professional development has been one of the most important contents of preschool teachers’ team reconstruction.The thesis mainly uses the case study,the interviewing method and the documentary method to interpret who is the non-professional preschool teacher’s growing history in the Five-star private kindergarten, Anshan. And firstly the thesis ravels out Z teacher’s growth stages which are the learning and adaptation period, the reserve consolidation period, the maturation period and the creative period and analyzes deeply the factors affecting the non-professional preschool teachers’ professional development. What’s more, on this basis that puts forward some suggestions on promoting non-professional preschool teachers’ professional development.
