In the era of knowledge economy and big data, Human increasingly complex division of labor, face more knowledge-based work, so the human learning ability put forward higher requirements. Teacher as the transmitter of knowledge, with the age of more convenient knowledge acquisition and more demanding level of knowledge, upgrading and changing the way teachers learning ability is particularly important.This research focuses on case-based reasoning, analyses teacher learning feature, from the perspective of case-based reasoning analyses the existing teachers use case model in-depth, concludes that experience and reflection is important of teacher learning, case-based reasoning can improve the level of teachers’experience and reflection, to promote teacher learning purposes, and on the basis of the above research combined with the reality of the plight of teacher learning, designs teachers learning model based on case-based reasoning, to help teachers use case-based reasoning for learning in practice.This dissertation is divided into four chapters:The first chapter reviews the origins of CBR, its historical development in the academic field, the reasoning model of CBR, and the theoretical basis. Besides, this chapter discuss the connotation of CBR learning, the style of CBR learning and tool of CBR learning.The second chapter bases with adult learning, exploring the feature of teacher learning as a special adult learning, in-depth study of the characteristics of the teachers’ learning and explained the importance of reflection and experience in the teacher learning.The third chapter analyzes lesson study, video case research and school-based teaching and research. The research indicates that the way of teacher learning inherent in case-based reasoning and uses case to illustrate how CBR can help teacher improve the level of experience reflection.The fourth chapter starting with the dilemma of teacher’ learning, uses the CBR to research the effective methods for teacher learning and design the learning model for teacher learning.The dissertation gives the brief summary of the research result and some suggestions of future research in the end.
